​Important Note about early season practices:
The lake is closed weekdays at the start of our practice season. During early season practices when the lake is closed, Cruisers swimmers are allowed in the water while practicing under the coach’s supervision only. The lake is closed to all other swimming.

​​What to Bring to Practice:

​​Bring your goggles, swim cap, towel and a water bottle.

Dive team participants are not permitted to use goggles.

Schedules are for guidance only. Exact dates, times and changes are communicated by the coaches.

Typically, the team's practice is canceled if that team has a meet. But they are not canceled if the other team has a meet. I.e., if there's a dive meet, there will still be normal swim practices and vice versa. Email your coach if you are not sure.
