Important Note about early season practices:
The lake is closed weekdays at the start of our practice season. During early season practices when the lake is closed, Cruisers swimmers are allowed in the water while practicing under the coach’s supervision only. The lake is closed to all other swimming.

What to Bring to Practice
Bring your goggles, swim cap, towel and a water bottle. Dive team participants are not permitted to use goggles.
Remember:
All changes are communicated directly by the coaches and not posted here.
Members of both the swim and dive teams attend swim practice before dive practice depending on their age and level.
